Loca Communications is led by Janis Locas, an experienced project manager, certified professional writer, meticulous editor and author. A graduate of both the Sorbonne and the Université de Montréal, Janis held communications positions in Paris, Montréal and in Canada’s Francophone communities before founding Loca in 2006.
